I like to go by grey around the internets. I'm a quirky 27 year old woman who loves learning. I'm here in part because I'm essentially struggling to get my life back together in a multitude of ways. I'm continually trying to learn more about dealing with hypothryoidism and PCOS.

I've seen some other members create these rewards for themselves as they meet goals. I think it would help a lot so I made a list for myself:

My Goals:
- Complete the walking 5k program
- Learn more about how I should be tailoring my diet with hypothyroidism and PCOS in mind.
- Get more involved with the Spark community and teams.

- Ultimate end goal is to feel like I'm living in my own body again!

My Program:
* 4 days of cardio, 30ish minutes on average
* experimenting with what strength training works for me right now
* Trying to stay in calorie range
* Trying to make healthier food choices on an extremely tight budget. It's a serious challenge!

    Thanks for the welcome :) I saw the idea of a new DL pic from someone I was passing by (I don't remember who though!). I am sick and tired of just dreaming about what I would do if I lost weight.. my dreams will soon become a reality.. it's going to take hard work and tears, sweat, perseverance, but I can do it.. so can you! I am so glad I started on sparkpeople, without you all I wouldn't have gotten even this far! WE just have to keep pushing on and fighting!!

    That's great that you are in a wedding next year! Use that as motivation to work on your goals! It's always good to have a deadline in sight. You may even want to start out with some other short term goals, too. Maybe monthly, weekly or even daily goals! If you ever need ideas on how to keep yourself motivated, let me know!
