Been with spark people for some years now but only just realising what it is really gonna take for me to be who i need to be with reagards to training and eating!

Think lifetyle change

Will power gets stronger by holding back and not allowing the expression of unimportant, unnecessary and unhealthy thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions. If this saved energy is not allowed expression, it is stored inside you like a battery, and it becomes available at the time of need. By practicing appropriate exercises, you develop your powers the same way, as a person who trains his/her muscles in order to strengthen them.

C' ON Lets do this, walk to the school and DRINK. Stop eating what you don't need to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am so excited to have met you. Alhumdulillah. Just thought there are no muslims on this site. So lovely to connect with a muslimah.

    Well I am an 80 year old Great-grand ma for Lucknow. My biggest peeve is I haven't been able to do a Sajdah on the ground for close to 10 years now. Have been saying my Namaz on a chair.

    Went for an Umrah in June this year, I struggled through my tawaf, and then did Saee in the electric buggy. After that, my grandson would take me for atleast 2 tawaf's everyday but on a wheel chair. My mobility because of my weight has become a big issue. I use a cane to walk....I have diabetes & hypertension and a mild cardiac condition. Here to lose 90 lbs. But my target is to first shed 20 lbs by Dec, as my eldest Great-grandson is getting married.
