My Goals:
I will add more activity to my day starting with 5 minutes a day and increasing as I become stronger. I will improve my health through more activity and healthier food choices.
My Program:
I am walking and adding some basic strengthing moves in my daily activity. I am cutting back on the amount of soda I drink working toward elementing it from my food choices.

Other Information:
I read a wide variety of books but really like my Kindle. It helps that I can borrow books from my public library. I am not in the vampire craze.
