Breaking out of my comfort zone

I'm 30 and I'm finally taking charge of my nutritional and fitness goals. I would like to get better at running, and I don't want to spend my next decade at the same comfortable weight that I've maintained for so long (155-160 lbs).

My Goals:
- Learning how to make healthy meals at home

- Improved run time

- A consistent workout regimen, particularly with running

My Program:
* Adding breakfast to my day
* Limiting eating out to 2-3x a week
* 1 soda a day (as opposed to the several I used to have!)
* 90 minutes of cardio a week
*BodyPump, Cardio Kickboxing, and Pilates classes at my gym (Energy Club)

The biggest change I've made so far has been cooking at home. For years, I didn't have a full-size kitchen, so I grew accustomed to dining out (and spending money!). Now making meals at home is not only healthier, but it's better for my budget, too.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Miami, FL, but I live and work around VA/MD/DC.
