Music Mom's weight loss

I am a stay-at-home mom of 2 boys (ages 11 and 8). I have always had problems with my weight but I feel like this time is different. I've been a part of Spark People since December 2007, and this is the longest that I have stuck with any type of weight loss program. The funny thing is that I don't feel like that's what this is. This is a lifestyle change that has really changed the way I do things.

On September 3, 2012 I reached my goal weight of 144 pounds! So excited, and ...

On September 3, 2012 I reached my goal weight of 144 pounds! So excited, and a little bit scared, to be switching over to maintenance, but I know that I can do it!!

As of November 18, 2012 the scale has slowly crept back up so I am moving back into weight loss mode. This is tough!

July 1, 2013 - I'm considering myself back in maintenance mode. As long as I stay under 150, I'll be happy!

June 9, 2014 - Back into weight loss mode. The scale has moved back up since my surgery back in Oct. 2013 and just won't budge. Frustrated, but I know that I will succeed!

Current Status:
MUSICMOMOF2 Happy Tuesday! Another busy day - work, swimming lessons, "Battle of the Books" and High Power Soccer. Whew! Plus, it's going to be hot again!

I understand re country--lived in the country for the 6-12th grade period of my life, we couldn't walk to town readily.
