Hi I'm Debi and I am totally motivated to get healthy and be well. I have been eating a pretty good diet for a while but have been battling health issues that made excercising difficult. I recently went off of some medication and found that my symptoms (myalgia pain) have decreased significantly. I feel like a new person - almost! So now that I can walk without pain it is time to pound the pavement and lose the pounds. I will be going to China for a month in July and I need to be healthy! ...

I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona (metro area) and have been here all of my life. I am happily married (25 years) and have 2 beautiful daughters.
We have 1 dog - my personal trainer pup-Sydney a queensland heeler (aussie cattle dog) and 4 cats - Shadow, Stormy, LizzyRose and Oscar
Other Information:
I am a music therapist and I work with children that have developmental delays and autism.
I am a sinner saved by Grace.
I plan to travel the world.
