Well, I'm 26 years old from Lincoln Nebraska. I have a daughter who is my angel. She was born at 1.8lbs and is my motivation and inspiration. My life was hectic and I was depressed before I had her. Now, I have purpose and a reason to think about my future and being healthy. During my depression, I gained over 90lbs since 2004. I was drinking and eating everything I could find. I am SO determined to lose weight, get healthy, and be happy and excited about life! I look foward to sharing my weightloss experience with you all and making new friends! Good luck to all :)
I set my ticker to smaller increments so hopefully I wont get discourage...My goal is to lose 108 pounds. Makes me feel overwhelmed when I think about it, but I know I can do it, especially with the nutrition tracker! Im sooo glad I found sparkpeople! Thanks google!! :)
This is what I need to start doing again... I lost weight and put it back on... I eat something every morning... even if I don't want to. I know it is important, so if I dont feel hungry, I will make a smoothie with Splenda, Silk milk, and strawberries. Its only 66 calories and is filling. I made changes like, Silk milk instead of 1%, non-fat instead of low fat, ect. I use the nutrition tracker to keep track of my calories, fat, carbs, fiber, ect. I really eat what I want, but I stay within the 'zone' and make sure to spread my food out throughout the day. I exercise 5x a week. I do low impact exercises until I get some of this weight off! (Swimming, biking)
