My Goals:
1. Exercise 6 days a week.
2. Track what I eat.
3. Loose 20 pounds by September.
4. Run an average of 25-30 miles a week by August 1st so I'm ready to train for a fall marathon.

My Program:
1. Lift Weights using Biggest Loser's Advanced Weight Lifting Plan on MWF.
2. Run on MWFS with Saturday being my long run days.
3. Elliptical and interval or hill training on TR.

Grand Total: Average exercise of 1 1/2 hours a day.

Personal Information:
I'm a former elementary music teacher who has chosen to stay home with her little one and get fit at the same time.

Other Information:
