    Hey, seen your status....It may seem easier to just keep being lazy and eating junk, but where did that get us all in the first place?!?! EXACTLY! Come on girl, I know you can do it! Hang in there, make ONE small change a day until your'e back on track. Force yourself to start walking or whatever your exercise choice is...it's the only way to get back into the swing of working out again, I know, it sucks....but it does get better after about 4 days. Be strong, I'm here with you. emoticon
