YoYo Weigh

Young woman with curvy body, too much of an appetite and high stress levels (which considerably increase food consumption), that gains and loses weight constantly (and large amounts of it).

Summer 09 is the biggest challenge yet: 7-9 kg by August 20th.
Tired of her YOYO WEIGHT: has to learn how to MAINTAIN weight and fight temptation ALL THE TIME.

Finally, I feel like I'm missing out on a lot in my life. It's ultimately a desire TO ENJOY MY YOUTH that drives me.

My Goals:
Be able to RUN again. Never overeat for such a long time again. Learn to continuously watch my weight.

BE 128 lbs by August 20th (new college = new ME = new body = new life) - so I have to lose 22 lbs.

That would give me a 18.6 BMI.

My Program:
1- Drink more water (seriously, I don't drink, at all, so retention and cellulite are killing me).
2- Min 4 gym workouts per week (2 intense during week end, 2 during lunch time).
3- Jogging 7AM during week days + strenght training 3 days out of 5, right after that morning jog
4- No snacking at work, staying away from all the unhealthy food I used to swallow in huge quantites (OPT FOR QUALITY).
5- In case of a slip, not get depressed, and make adjustments to get back on track.

VOILÀ!!!
