New Year, New Challenges, Need a New Me!

I just graduated from the University of Phoenix with my Bachelor's degree. I want to teach and I'm looking forward to getting my credentials to do so. I have been on a medical leave for severe depression since November and I want to help myself more and feel good again. Currently I work at Deseret Industries, a non-profit sheltered workshop run by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, by providing training in the classroom and on-hand experience through running a thrift shop.

I'm just thrilled to know you are doing better. HUGS. I'm glad your momma came to visit you. You might like to go to YOUTUBE and put in a search for ROBERT GOULD, SHRINK YOURSELF. He has a very good self-help book on how we use food for wrong reasons and how to deal with it. He's a medical doctor from UCLA, where he is a Psychology Professor.
