Been gone for a long time. Gained up to 250 then got back down to 227. Accomplished many goals and left others behind as they no longer applied in my life. I think I am aging well since I look better now then I did in my old photos. I'm really blessed and still working on many goals. I can't say I eat clean cuz my life is fast paced and I don't stay focused. I'm doing DDPYOGA and walking for now. Keeping cals to 1400. I'm 45 now and the only complaint I have is that my hair is thinning and I think it is either due to too low or high estrogen. I can't tell which as I have symptoms of both but I am thinking too high. So I am saving up to go to a doctor and find out. It's not thyroid tho I have symptoms of that...tho high estrogen and insulin resistance mess with thyroid production...so either they got the thyroid thing wrong or it's some estrogen thing. I don't know. Hope to find out. Most current photo was Oct 27 2012.

I believe inside me is a FABULOUS stylin classy, refined and utterly hawt person. :)

I do this health thing for 4 reasons:
I want to be free from sickness and disease when I get older and I am AGELESS baby.

I want to BE the kind of person I would want to attract to myself.

I want the opportunities and doors that open for you when you are fit and stunningly beautiful. So I am off to be the best me I can be.

Just I just want to live longer for my loved ones and look good in cool clothes and of course look hawt naked ;)

My other mottos:

I do not compare myself to anyone else. I am UNIQUE. I compete against myself ONLY. I am the best ME I can be.

When I attain my goals, I'd like to help others make their dreams come true too. Pass it on, right? ABSOLUTELY!
