A New Me!

Hi Sparkers! I'm here for the 3rd time I think. Its bad I cant even remember how many times ive been down this road. In the past I have lost 30 lbs and I have gained that an then some back! I am now at my heaviest ever! I have also just found out I might be having heart problems. This is it, once and for all I'm going to loose weight and get healthy. For me, and for my family! I want to have a long prosperous life!

Each assignment has complete directions in the very first post of the assignment which will be on page one, scroll to the bottom of the page.
We have a new one each week and they are a lot of fun. Sometimes they can be a challenge too!! You are welcome to add pictures to any of the assignments.
