You are probably wondering what munter mormor means. It is Swedish for jolly grandmother. I enjoy finding humor in most situations. Life is too short for it not to be fun. God & family are the most important aspects of my life. After that comes my Swedish heritage, genealogy, traveling, painting, photography, reading, knitting & digital scrapbooking. I'm a big (no pun intended) Disney World fan. I also enjoy the beauty of nature and hiking if I'm able.

I'm weighing, measuring & tracking what I eat. Planning is important too. I also check the glycemic values - always looking for foods that have a low impact.

I have been eating healthier since the end of Nov. 2007 & had lost 25 lb before I joined Spark People.
