My Goals:
I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds.
My Program:
I try to do my weights program 3x/week...that's hard. I do a yoga class 1x/week...that's easy. I bike long distances mostly on weekends...that's fun. I do my paper route on my bike 6x/wk and in the car (Sundays) 1x/wk...that's serene. I've started back to Weight Watchers 8/7/08 and trying to stick with it daily...that's hard.
Personal Information:
I live in upstate New York and although I used to say that this is the least scenic place I've ever lived, compared to Utah and Virginia (mountains) and Cape Cod (ocean), this place has grown on me and now it's home. I love that we have all of these challenging hills to bike on and I love trying to identify all of the beautiful and different wildflowers I see on our bike rides.
