One day at a time

Im 47 years old. I have a daughter that is 23. I own a child care that is licensed for 16 children. My sister Janet works with me. I weight 320 pounds but will be leaving most of it behind in the days ahead. I have a good feeling and a positive attitude so I know great things will be coming my way. I would love to not sound like I ran a marothon after walking up the stairs.

Hello my Spark Friends! Hope your Monday is off to a great start, for me it is a restart Monday. I have been off track for the last ~ 3 weeks and I can feel and see the damage that I have done. It' back to keeping calories within range, the gym and focusing on the positive stuff in my life.

Each day is an opportunity to do what is good for you and if you have a setback love yourself enough to get back on track immediately!!!
