Hello! I'm back on SP because I can't seem to get motivated to get back in shape and lose weight on my own. I turned 50 this summer and feel like my metabolism changed over night. Usually I'm fairly active but started a new job and spent much too much time sitting and not making time for exercise.

I hope I once again benefit by tracking my food and physical activity.

My Goals:
My initial goal on Jan. 13 2013 was to lose 10# by 4/30/13 - now that I am 3# away from my goal in less than 30 days (!) I want to add an additional goal of 5 more lbs. with a target weight of 110.

My Program:
Tracking food. Temporary ban on sweets, except occassional hard candy and chocolate & PB Cheerios. Not a big fan of chips, fries, etc. or fast food so no sacrifice there. Triscuits, Wheat Thins & other snack crackers are my weakness.
