Well your kind of all over the board with our macros... but in my opinion way too low in cals and carbs for the activity you listed... Not sure what time you workout so cant really judge your post workout meal. I will say the scale can fluctuate anywhere from 3-5lbs in a 24 hr period due to a multitude of things such as water intake, sodium intake, hormones, emotions, etc...etc... so the fact remains if you really want this to be a healthy journey for yourself you better find an alternative way of tracking your progress because a scale is one of the worse ways to go about it. That is sooo good to hear! I'm glad that you have such awesome SparkFriends!!! But seriously, you look great! (But I do also understand what it ffeels like NOT to be where you want to be. I am positive that you will find a happy place again! You really are starting off with a GOOD foundation!

Don't be too hard on yourself about not losing any weight. You're only 8 weeks post-partum and you have 3 other kids to take care of along with your newborn. Give yourself a little time to get into a new groove and everything will fall into place. You've done it 3 times before and you'll do it again.
