My son is my inspiration. He was a chubby boy due to my over feeding him and giving him junk food along with my other 2 children, He looked at himself and decided to do something about it all on his own. He eats 6 small meals a day and does cardio and weights and in a short time he has lost so much weight he is hardly recognised from the chubby teenager he used to be.

I read in someones blog that failure is simply the opportunity to begin again. a quote from Henry Ford.

Obstacles are what we see when we take our eyes off the goal. Our goal is to lose weight . look good, feel better about ourselves , most importantly have healthier bodies!.

Nothing is particularly hard if we divide it into small jobs. We need to make small goals along our way to success.

whether we think we can or we think we cant we are right! It all starts with the right mindset. which one do we want to have ?

“When everything seem to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it ....”
There is no man living who isn't capable of doing more than he thinks he can do.”

“Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” (Henry Ford )

we can do this together !!

Thank you for the comments that you left on my spark page.

In reading your bio, I see that we have similar goals. You can do it!

Join my team, From Cocoon to Butterfly, and prepare for metamorphosis. Transformation is acheivable.

The Cocoon

A man found the cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared;
he sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force
its body through that little hole.
Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten
as far as it could and could go no farther.
Then the man decided to help the butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors
and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged
easily, but it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any
moment the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body,
which would contract in time.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of his life crawling
around with a swollen body and shriveled wings.
It was never able to fly!!!
What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the
restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get
through the tiny opening, were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of
the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it
achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If God allowed us
to go through our life without obstacles, it would cripple us. We would
not be as strong or beautiful as what we could have been, and we would never
learn to fly as God has intended.

When we struggle to lose weight it makes us stronger. We appreciate and love ourselves more so than if we were born that way, because of what we have went through to accomplish our goals. We bacome sensitive to others who have had the same struggles. We become encouragors for those who need encouragment.

No one can lose the weight for us. We have to do it for ourselves and we are stronger for it.

YOU CAN DO IT !! YOU ARE BECOMING STRONGER. YOUR WINGS ARE DEVELOPING INTO AN ARAY OF BEAUTIFUL COLORS. CONTINUE YOUR PREPARATION FOR FLIGHT.
