While I am bf I plan on keeping my net calories around +1200 each day. Eaten calories are (+) workout calories are (-) When I stop bf it will go down to 800. I should be able to loose 2 lbs a week with this plan
Generally I also want to:
take a all in one vitamin
drink at least 8 cups of water a day
Walk/run 3 miles 3 x a week
Yoga /aerobics with my daughter 5 days a week
Weight train 3 days a week
I am married the most awesome man in the world. He is the best father to our lovely children.
I started dieting and exercising, so he lost over 60 lbs. But seriously, he has worked hard and totally deserves it!
