My Goals:
Get under 160 pounds. Exerecise no less than 3 days per week. Cut out nibblig in the kitchen. Measure and log my food daily.
My Program:
Keep a food log. Drink plenty of water. Get to the gym at least 3 days per week in stage one.
Personal Information:
I live in Texas and have twin 17 year old boys. I teach 4th grade and have a hectic work schedule. My family and I travel frequently and like most Texans thrive on southern cooking. I would like to be a better cook for them as well.
Other Information:
I was always somewhat thin because I exercised consistently. Over the past 5 years, I have gained weight because exercise was not a priority. I cleaned out my closet, got rid of the "fat clothes" and made room for new clothes that I will purchase as part of my reward! I also started weighing in with a friend. Acoountability is another key ingredient to staying with the program.
