~20 Pounds and Counting ...
I had some solid goals for 2012, and I made most of them happen. I lost 20 pounds, I became a vegan, and I got a whole lot healthier and happier. For 2013, let's continue that. I don't have the same goals because I don't really track calories anymore (it's very difficult when you're a vegan and most of the stuff you eat is homemade and doesn't have labels!) and I don't even really track workouts all that often. However ... let's try to put some numbers on things. ...

However ... let's try to put some numbers on things. Here are my goals for 2013: Lose 20 pounds in 2013. Cardio three days a week. Strength training two days a week. Wear size 8 pants comfortably. Let's do this.
