Oh brother... I woulda sat there and rolled my eyes at that RD the entire time, LOL. I can see why you didn't go back!
That is my fear, for sure. She'll take one look at me, see I'm a fat @$$, and just assume I don't know anything about eating right. My issue is I KNOW that tracking works, but when I make one "bad" aka highly caloric food choice, my mindset says just start again tomorrow. Well tomorrow turns into the next day, and the next day, and then oh just have fun eating crap until Monday. Vicious cycle! :(
I also need to learn what foods I should eat what to avoid with this PCOS crap.

I freaking HATE BC, so I reallllly hope there's another suggestion, lol. Also, I'd ideally like to start *trying* for baby sometime towards the middle/end of the year, assuming I can get my husband on board, lol. Sooo I feel like being put on BC would be counterproductive?? But what do I know. I haven't been on BC since I was 18, and I hatedddd how emotional it made me!! YUCK.
