The 2014 Reset Button

I lost weight in 2012, and gained a bunch of it back in 2013, completely derailing my goals. 2014 cannot continue that trend!

To put some numbers on things, here are my goals for 2014:

* Lose 20 pounds.
* Gym 21 times per month -
** Boot camp 4 times/week.
** Active recovery between boot camp sessions
* Eat clean 80% of the time (vegan, healthy, balanced)

Let's do this.

No. Earth balance is not coconut butter. Use the solid coconut oil, the kind that is white. Usually health food stores carry it. It's pure oil from the coconut tree. Look for cold pressed as it is the healthiest version. Some grocery stores carry coconut oil too. Make sure you don't get the liquid kind. I know its confusing, but at room temp. It should be a solid.

LOL….your comment on my blog made me laugh. That is totally me on the treadmill. I need 5 distractions to get me through 3 miles. I'm glad I'm not the only one! I feel a little ADHD or something….
