Time for commiting to myself again!

I have been up and down on my Spark Journey....I am not anywhere where I want to be right now and I am setting new goals to meet daily. I am taking this one day at a time again and not setting mysefl up for failure with crazy goals or standards that can't be met without starvation.

I will walk everday- at least one mile
I will stay within my calorie range
I will track my food daily
I will drink at least eight glasses of water
most importantly, I will love ...

Oh my gosh I SO know that feeling - sometimes you just have to step back, reassess, and commit to starting fresh. (And it's important to enjoy those indulgences every so often, just so long as you go back to your healthy ways emoticon ). I know you can do it!! Good luck this week!!
