Doing it for me

For starters, my health has been pretty good my whole life with the exception of allergies and headaches. I started to work out back in 1991. I was doing pretty well until I started getting sick at the gym and that was my discouragement. I didn't like the way it was making me feel , so I just stopped going. Over the years, I often wondered what I would look like, and I felt bad that I didn't put up a better fight within myself. Flash forward to today, I've been working out for about 2 months ...

I was doing pretty well until I started getting sick at the gym and that was my discouragement. I didn't like the way it was making me feel , so I just stopped going. Over the years, I often wondered what I would look like, and I felt bad that I didn't put up a better fight within myself. Flash forward to today, I've been working out for about 2 months now with lots of good encouragement from my girlfriend who is my inspiration for wanting to look and feel better. She too is a member of Spark, and I would sit up at night and watch her log in and do her updates. So here I am, setting up my page and getting to know Spark. I'm feeling pretty good inside and out and that is a good start.

My Program:
I am currently doing cardio twice a week and weight training 4 times a week. I've increased my strength about 80 lbs thus far but I only want to turn body fat into muscle. I am currently at 29.9%.

CONGRAUTLATIONS with getting back on track with working out. AWESOME JOB with kickboxing for 2 hours WOW!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!! emoticon

What kind of Camera to you use for your photography and what are you favorite features on it??? If you could have ANY CAMERA what would it be and why??? Is ask, because most people ALWAYS want something more than what they're using.

How do you get YOUR name on your photography shots is that something anybody can do easily???
