My Program:
I am on a doctor's recommended program and am allowed 1000 cal per day with 20 grams of fat and 90 grams of protein. My body fat at this time is at a critical level and I am just starting this program.
Personal Information:
I am from south central Kansas. No not on a farm! It's a great place to live. Love anything that is lemon flavored except lemonade. And I am a known Chocoholic. If there is chocolate to be had I will find it.
Other Information:
As far as reading, I read every day, sometimes an entire book. Love funny or heartwarming movies. Don't watch anything remotely scary. The Zoo or park is where I like to go for a good walk. I love my job and the great people I work with.
