1/ Complete food tracking 2/ Reduce portion sizes and enjoy eating slowly 3/ Make time for me - Starting with 15 minutes exercise a day - walk or swim in the morning 4/ Complete strength exercises while bub is watching his show 5/ Take my vitamins!
