Getting and STAYING in shape

My plan is to get into the best shape of my life and keeping it:). I lost already around 25 pounds lately, but I have a hard time to keeping it off and loose the last 5... My goal is not only weight loss, but to get a great shape through fitness!

I am missing friends with similar interest, I hope to find here some support!

Other Information:

I put on this site my "before pictures" because for me these photos where the last kick to start really loosing weight! I have seen myself and I have realised how much weight I gained since I have finished college. (gained 44 pounds). I was frustrated everyday when I looked in the mirror, I struggled everytime I had to get dressed for a date or work and I hated all pictures from me. I wanted to change it and enjoy again shopping for nice clothes and going out! My challenge is to keeping now the weight off!
