My Goals:
My current goal is to improve my workout consistency! I aim to log at least 550 minutes of cardio every month (this roughly works out to be four 30-minute workouts each week), and then to increase the frequency from there!

My Program:
I do whatever sort of workouts call to me on any given day; Typically I will be doing one of the following: elliptical and weight machines at the gym, riding the trails on my mountain bike, yoga and rock climbing, running (ok, let's be real, jogging), walking dogs at the pound... Hopefully cross-country skiing soon!

Other Information:
I have my fitness tracker shared to keep myself accountable!
