My Goals:
Overall, I am just trying to establish a healthy lifestyle. I want exercise to be a normal part of my routine instead of something I have to do.

I have about twenty pounds to lose to reach a healthy weight for my size and I am working hard to get there.


My Program:
I am using SparkPeople's monthly challenges to keep myself on track. I work out at home, using Jillian Michael's, P90X and pilates DVDs as well as the elliptical, biking and hiking.

I decided to start the bootcamp back up next week. STill working on the 5k training, just had some stuff come up and haven't been able to dedicate too much time this week! Hope you're doing well!!
