My Goals:
My goal is to lose enough weight so I can reduce if not eliminate the meds. The irony here is that what I spend on meds each month would more than pay for a monthly membership at any GYM.
(Just needed to see the previous info in black and white). I need to lose 100 pounds without losing the same ones over and over again. I am finding that later in life, it is lots harder to lose weight even with activity. Seems like I heard that alot when I was younger.

My Program:
Current program(2012) as long as diet and exercise maintain blood sugar levels, no need for meds!! As for diet, haven't been this hungry in a while and that is a good thing. Meds prevented ever getting hungry enough to diet/not eat without nearly passing out! I can handle hungry! FEELS GOOD!
