Determined to stay fit :)

My journey with Spark People has been long...I got to my goal weight back in 2010 and was able to maintain it for a year. Unfortunately I have been injury ridden since 2011. First a knee injury and now since January 2014 a chronic back injury which has been very limiting. In the process I have gained back the weight and then some :(

My focus right now is to stay positive, be committed to taking care of my back, make changes in my life to reduce stress and emotional eating, and ...

My Goals:
My goals are to heal my back injury by doing strengthening exercises consistently, walking, doing the elliptical, and riding my bike. Hopefully I will be able to start running again in the next 3 months.

My Program:
30 minutes of cardio (walking, biking, elliptical) 5 days a week, back exercises and stretching 7 days a week. I hope to add strength training back at the gym in the next 2 months but we will see!

Personal Information:
I live in Oregon and have been married for a little over five years to my wonderful husband!

I started running in December 2009 ran my first half-marathon on 5/2/2010!

i can't believe how similar our start weight and goal weights are!! LoL. you totally give me motivation that i can reach the 140s!!!
