Ready for the Fall Challenge! I joined SP in May of 2010 when a coworker suggested it. I wanted a way to track fitness and calories. I'd been a long time WW, always battling those last 10 pounds. In 2011, my friend Deb really got going on SP and she inspired me! Since then I've learned so much about what it takes to make lifestyle changes. I a proud member of the Thanksgiving Community and this is my 5th challenge with the Tiger Monarchs.
