Welcome to Mindful Mansion Lori. I find that I'm enjoying the idea of Mindful Eating and enjoying my life, food, activity instead of stressing all the time about it. Sometimes there are "dares" to give up sugar or something else, but mostly we are about learing or relearning how to listen to our bodies and enjoy food but not use it for other things.
I live on the other side of the Rockies but my brother lived in Colorado Springs for several years and loved it. I admit it is beautiful on that side of the mountains.
