I had a Garmin 410 Forerunner and used if for about 3 years until it broke...I looked at other Garmins and Polars before getting the Charge HR because I wanted to get away from the chest strap for HR monitoring...main reason...after losing my weight the chest straps tend to be too large and they slip once I get sweaty not giving me a very accurate reading. I have compared my Charge HR with other HR monitoring devices and it appears to be pretty close.

Absolutely better when your husband is in it too! I'm working hard to get rid of all my excuses. Thanks for your support as always!

Hi,

This must be about the fifth time I've tried to comment in response to your question on my SparkPage. How do i get back on track? Hmm, I think the key is to recognize that slipups are just further confirmation that we are humans and are not perfect. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and do something that points you in the right direction. The key is to let go of the guilt and to continue on.

Susan
