I'm MIA, that is where I am. I've injured myself running and I just can't seem to stay on the eat good wagon when I can't run. I know this isn't an excuse and I feel pretty ashamed about it. I shall be able to run in a few days, so I might catch the wagon!
You are right! No one can make you weigh in. Just do what you know is right for you and your body and the rest will happen inevitably. Keep going you are on the right track. Thank you also, for the Cameron blog. It gave me food for thought today.
