Hi, my name is Catherine but most everyone calls me Cat. I am a retired Business Analyst/Project Manger who is tired of being over weight, out of shape and just plain tired of being tired.

I have lost a kajillion pounds but unfortunately have not been successful at keeping it off ... until NOW.

I am worth the effort to be the best I can be. My goal is to be
happy, -125 pounds, and live my life.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my shake craving. You may have been right about being overwhelmed with things going on in my life right now. I went to my sisters last night had dinner and just sat around and visited. Had a light dessert of 2 cookies and did not feel deprived, didn't need that shake after all. Hope things are going well with you. Your support helped me not give in to the craving.
