I'm a techie and love all things technology. I have a 20 year career in Information Technology (IT) and have done everything from computer repair to writing programs to network administration.

My husband and I own a small computer repair and video rental shop, though he does most of the work. I work as an Adjunct Professor teaching computer science to college students and I am in charge of instructional technology and online classes at the college I work for.

I enjoy working out....for the most part lol. I just also love to eat...and that's what gets me into trouble every time lol.

Eating healthy and as clean as possible while avoiding junk and fast food (with the occasional treat). Currently running, walking, lifting (New Rules of Lifting for Women) and doing Pilates and Yoga.
