My Program:
More Vegetables, fruits, nuts, seed and beans plus healthy fats. Less wheat, meat and dairy.

Very little red meat, switched to mostly unsweetened almond milk, mostly wheat free, and occasional turkey or fish. Seems to be working. My blood work levels are so much better!

Personal Information:
Live on a mountain, not near town so have to rely on things to do around home. I use DVDs and the home bike and treadmill.
Originally from Baltimore, miss crabs and family not necessarily in that order!

Thank you so much for 'stopping by' my page. My hip (whatever it was) is feeling much better ... have little twinges - but nothing too terrible. So, I'll keep exercising and see what happens. Glad to hear that you are feeling better . . . hope it continues and you are back to 100% in no time. . .remember - 'easy does it'!

emoticon for the gnat tip! My skin is so sensitive that I've been afraid to use a repellent since I'd probably react to it. I haven't had trouble with dryer sheets being used with clothes so I should have no problem with pinning them to my hat and shirt. I even wear a sun protection shirt whenever I'm outside and a good sun protection hat, so I have good pinning places for the sheets.

The gnats have kept me indoors a lot and because I've been swatting them on my walks, I haven't been able to use my Nordic Walking Poles...I'd probably stab myself if I had them with me. emoticon
