My Goals:
Health, balance, and control of the only thing I can even somewhat control - my self.

To get down to my first goal weight of 127 and have maintained it steadily until the Autumnal Equinox, September 22, 2010.

To get down to my second goal weight of 125 lbs and maintain this weight until the Winter Solstice, December 21, 2010. THIS WILL BE CHALLENGING - I will soon be settling into a new academic year and "nesting" for the winter.

To maintain that weight over the winter - the cold, comfort food, sitting on my butt time of year - until the Spring Equinox 2011. yoiks!

Finally, to get down to my third goal weight of 121 by the Autumnal Equinox 2011. To tell you the truth, I am not sure if this is realistic, which is why I am not rushing this. I have way too much mental work to do and maintain to simply eat/exercise my way down to 121 lbs.



My Program:
I have been taking it slow this time. I am tracking food. Mostly, I am running - last month I decided to put my name in the lottery for the Twin Cities 10 Mile race in October. My name was "drawn" so I have been training the last few weeks and plan to continue running after the race.
