Walking Worthy

I am interested in losing a total of 40 pounds before June 30th. I want to lose the weight so I will look and feel better. Mainly I want to have more energy for my family. I have two teenage daughters and I don't want to spend these next few years anchored to my couch and loveseat. I want to model a healthy lifestyle for them. I joined the pound for pound pledge so that my weight loss would generate money for my community but I wasn't getting enough guidance from them.

It's good to hear from you. I haven't kept up with everyone this week like I should have. I know about the knee thing and it can be rough. Take care of them, you don't want to overdo. It is also hard when "mom" has to kick in and can't always take care of yourself. I had three sons on three different ball teams at the same time!! I was a crazy woman. Take care. I wanted to thank you for your support and encouragement on my blog, what a nice perk added to my day, I am not going crazy and I am not alone!

More energy is diffinatly something to celebrate, don't focus too much on that scale, inches, energy, muscle all kinds of great things are happening right now so just stay focused. Thanks for spreading the SPARK! You are emoticon
