It's about time....

I have not had a lot of time to think about my health, I knew my pants size had increased and didn't like it and I would diet until something tasty passed by me then I would cheat like a madwoman. Then, I got my blood results from a Health Fair and was told that I was pre-diabetic. So, I have set a goal of losing 50 pounds. Wish me luck!
