My Goals:
I would like to weigh about 180 lbs by about Summer 2010. That will mean a total weight loss of 80 lbs. Yikes, that is such a big number!

My Program:
I have done the WW program, the couch to 5 km program and now I am just doing the 45 minutes of HIIT Mon, Wed & Fri. Alternate cardio on off days. I'm watching portion control, sticking to the Canada Food Guide with just a little extra protein. 8 Cups of water a day. Just KISS!

Personal Information:
I am originally from St. Thomas ON, I moved to Alberta in 1995. I miss living in southern Ontario especially for the lakes and the hot summer nights but the winter kicks but in west!

Other Information:
I love running outdoors, I love beer, I love camping. I hate work! Ilove skiing and hot tubbin. I have a little boy and we play together lots.
