JOHAL52 is still in a holding pattern over life. But that's okay--sometimes holding patterns can lead to growth--it's up to me :) -- Her status for 2Aug11 -- A small comment that speaks volumes.

CATINCJ Never set your goals at some else's pace or evaluate your performance by someone else's standards. Added 2May13 from her feed that day.

My Goals:
To exercise more, get more toned, and get to a healthier weight. I would like to stave off any joint problems in legs and hips.

Another goal which I have is to get rid of a lot of the "stuff" I possess, way more than I need to have.

My Program:
Portion Control - although I haven't been real successful in doing this, I am more aware of what portions are and try to stick with them most of the time.

I use the nutrition tracker and follow no particular weight loss diet, just try to get more freggies, less carbs and fat. I have been customizing the "my favorites" list to include the foods I use the most. I have been also making use of the exercise tracker, getting at least 10 minutes of cardio every day. I try to do some strength trainig 3 days a week.

Personal Information:
I live in Northeastern Montana. I work more than full time at a desk job. I spend way too much time on the computer...

Jan, 2016 -- All of this still holds true.

Other Information:
Am a cat person. Like to knit, sew, quilt, garden -- but don't seem to get much of them done.

2/24/2013 -- Several fiber craft people have been meeting during lunch hour once a week to work on projects, visit, and show off our latest projects. We also share techniques when someone has a problem with their project. Some are also starting into spinning using drop spindles.

CONGRATS on improving your WASP time!!! I've been noticing you are slowly increasing your time doing this. No doubt by slowly doing so do,,,it can if you wish be a permanent part of your exercise routine!!! AWESOME!!

TY so MUCH for being a loyal reader of my blogs. I love the support you all assist me with along my.journey.

Today on the Under Dog team I opened a thread for us to be judgment free zone in stating if we eat emotionally,,,what types of food do we eat,,,what brings it on. I'd love to hear from you also.

Last Summer, Fall being under the stresses of health issues I'm facing there's NO doubt I'd be eating my way through a box of M&M's ice cream sandwiches!! Along with a TON of candy!! Etc!!! Now though I have read a ZILLION of articles, blogs around how to handle this. As long as I keep my fingers busy,,, I'm NOT emotionally eating!!!

Today I have the MRI done with contrast,,,i will have the results today from the Wound Clinic. Just hoping they will say the new shoes will take care of this nonsense!!! They should be in during the next 2 weeks.

I'm still going to go for the full year. I think it will be perfect for the top of my queen sized bed when its done. Not quite wide enough but plenty long enough for it. Might be perfect to just put on top of the bed in the guest room. I have seen many people on The Crochet Crowd (where I'm following others making them on fb) making seasonal temperature blankets though.
