My Goals:
To exercise more, get more toned, and get to a healthier weight. I would like to stave off any joint problems in legs and hips.

Another goal which I have is to get rid of a lot of the "stuff" I possess, way more than I need to have.


My Program:
11/15/09 --I use the nutrition tracker and follow no particular weight loss diet, just try to get more freggies, less carbs and fat. I have been customizing the "my favorites" list to include the foods I use the most. I have been also making use of the exercise tracker, trying to get at least some cardio and/or strength training in every day.

2/24/13 - Still working with the same nutrition program. Started WATP on 2Jan13 and am seeing how long a streak I can get.

1Dec13 - I have continued my exercise streak of at least 10 minutes of cardio a day and today will be # 334.

8-24-14 -- The streak is now 600 marking the fifth anniversary of when I joined Spark.

Personal Information:
I live in Northeastern Montana. I work more than full time at a desk job. I spend way too much time on the computer...

15Oct14 -- All of this still holds true.

Other Information:
Am a cat person. Like to knit, sew, quilt, garden -- but don't seem to get much of them done.

2/24/2013 -- Several fiber craft people have been meeting during lunch hour once a week to work on projects, visit, and show off our latest projects. We also share techniques when someone has a problem with their project.

15Oct14 - Yardwork went by the wayside most of this spring/summer/fall, due to moisture arriving at inopportune times.

This is the wonder: that of all the days of the year, the most important one is the everyday.

The everydays that are the most days of the year. These, the most days of our lives.

I think about these everydays that have me taking sun-dried sheets in off the line

or shoveling snow, these are the important days.

Everydays when I trip over excited little dogs

and the laundry mounts into its very own range and I finally think of something to make for dinner

when the head's weary tired and a wonderful aroma fills the air. All this.

This is the sacred everyday.
I can miss it. How holy the moments are.
How do we find ways to somehow live awake to the astonishing, ordinary wonder of all this?
How do we find ways to somehow live so that everyday is consecrated?

We must find ways.
For the ways we live our everydays is the way we live our lives.

Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness.
Let the whole world know what He has done.
Psalm 105:1

Its not so much that she is a Principal - but a new person and the one responsible for deciding if we can use her building for BB. I'd be nervous if it was the janitor. I'm a mess in job interviews. My stupid anxiety disorder!
