When I joined SP last year, I thought this is it. But here I am now, 20kgs heavier.
I have problem with bipolar disorder, I know this sounds like an excuse, but this emotional thing has been holding me back including my weight issue.
Have you ever heard about hyperphagia? I know that very well, basically its a binge eating problem, exactly what I did most of the time. When I depress, I eat like crazy, seriously like crazy...
In the past few months I was depress, only stayed at home, eat and sleep like a pig. When I felt better I weighed myself and then wtf, I am OBESE! I gained from 53kg to 83! Then I started to loose weight AGAIN!
Currently my weight is 68.4kg, back to NORMAL eating and some basic exercise. So here is my journey, I really want it to be the last one. oh please..

I try to exercise 4x per week plus eat NORMAL, no more binge eating
