Hi, I'm 21yo, 156.5cm. I gained 35kgs in the last 5years. This is not the first time I'm trying to loose weight. I already tried so many times and types of diet. Once I reduced few kgs, it always bounced back to the start point.

When I joined SP last year, I thought this is it. But here I am now, 20kgs heavier.

I have problem with bipolar disorder, I know this sounds like an excuse, but this emotional thing has been holding me back including my weight issue.

Have you ever heard about hyperphagia? I know that very well, basically its a binge eating problem, exactly what I did most of the time. When I depress, I eat like crazy, seriously like crazy...

In the past few months I was depress, only stayed at home, eat and sleep like a pig. When I felt better I weighed myself and then wtf, I am OBESE! I gained from 53kg to 83! Then I started to loose weight AGAIN!

Currently my weight is 68.4kg, back to NORMAL eating and some basic exercise. So here is my journey, I really want it to be the last one. oh please..

So I'm back for good hopefully :) Took a 12 week break from spark and just looking at how everyone is doing and WOW, congratulations on sticking with it!!!! I see you may have lowered your goal too? You must be absolutely tiny now =].
I have some catching up to do and any tips are greatly appreciated.
I gained 4 pounds as of today during my 12 weeks away from spark which I am actually pretty proud about. I wish I had lost 4 or maintained but it could have been a lot worse.
Is the weight coming off very slowly now for you?
Do you exercise everyday?
What's your average calories in a day ?
Keep going and don't give up. Remember where we started =] emoticon

Weekends with family and away from a normal healthy routine can be rough, but they're worth it. I'm glad you're getting right back on track now that you're home. Have a fabulous week and make this new month of September ROCK!
