Suzy's Page

I'm Suzy and my goal is to lose 48 lbs (4 stone)/ 25 kgs and keep it off for the rest of my life! I live on the South Coast of England and I'm an artist and a pagan. I love cats, my partner and my family / friends, hiking in the woods, rock, metal and punk, fantasy and sci-fi, movies, reading and gaming and Wii Zumba Party. I'm a big fat hippy geek who's hoping to lose the "fat" bit :o)

My Program:
My main problem is what I eat for dinner (ie last meal of the day). I am changing the balance of that meal to include way more veg and less carbs and protein. I am also trying to reduce the portion size slightly. I will eat only healthy snacks inbetween meals. I am trying to eat as low fat and low g.i. as possible, and to swap beer for low cal mixers and spirits. I am doing Wii Zumba Party 5-6 times per week and hiking whenever possible.

Other Information:
One step back, two steps forward.

Fall down seven times, get up eight.

Welcome to Spark People! It's a fantastic place for support. When I first started I was a bit overwhelmed, just stick with it & it will become second nature.
