I've started doing this actually! If I suddenly want to eat I tell myself that the desire came on quickly and determine that it has to be from an emotional cause...something that triggered it. Then I try to determine what triggered the desire. I have found sometimes it's just that something got on my nerves or was irritating to me and sometimes it's caused by something on TV...isn't that strange! I've found that life's everyday little irratations make me want to eat! 35 days ago
