Hi,my name is May. I am 62 and I joined SP because I know I can't lose my weight without some help. I'm like a host of other people who have tried every diet on the market. I've lost a lot of weight over the years but it always comes back.
I joined SP in 2008 and lost about 30 lbs the first 2 years. I should have been able to lose 100 lbs in that time but I didn't stay within my diet guidelines.
I was gone from SP about 2 years and now I'm back. I started my diet again 8-08-2012. ...

Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they sometimes will;
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill;
When the funds are low, and the debts are high;
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh;
When care is pressing you down a bit
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.


Success is failure turned inside out;
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt;

and Old Time Rock and Roll (total opposites-I know)
I love spending time with
family, especially Cook Outs.
I like to plant flowers and watch them grow.

Hey Bar, I use the meal plan and my own selections, I like to see what they reccomend and make similar choices if I don't use theirs.

Good morning. I looked at your food tracker. I have the meal plan on mine but I haven't been going exactly by it. I've just been making little changes so far-like eating mostly fruits, veggies, and nuts. I'm trying to eat mostly natural things. My next goal is staying within my calorie limits.
