Mae, Thanks for your comments to my blog posts. I agree re: those I've seen that have "blown" any diets after the "dieting" is done. They usually blow it because they go right back to their old eating habits. Though I will say this, those I know that were and still are doing this hCG thing are keeping the weight off. I know five folks that have pretty much been done with it for some time now and they aren't gaining a thing.

Conversely I know a few who are back on WW and Nutri-Systems because they blew their "maintenance" and "lifestyle" pieces. The diet just gets us there... we have to do what's right to keep us there.

Again, thanks for dropping by. I enjoyed reading your posts.

Oh, and by the way you're doing great!!!

You can do it! You already work out a lot so that is half the battle! Start logging in your food. It takes awhile at first but once you get going it's not so bad. Come join my group to Spark Daily. Or find a running team. Something to get involved in to keep you motivated. I have faith that you will rock this. By next year's pond's party you will be smoking!!!

Yea Welcome to Spark People!! I love it here, there are a lot of supportive people and it just keeps me on track!! You might want to look into some of the groups involving training for the marathon and stuff. I am a leader of a team that is very small of just some women supporting each other.
