Feeding the Beast

Hi - I am working on losing the beast that I have fed...

No - really - I am. I've been feeding this beast for approximately 8 years, and it's time that I let go of all of those things that are holding me back from being the best me that I can be. So, I found SparkPeople through a friend and I am doing my best to stay active, stay focused, and stay in touch. Thank you to everyone who comes to my page and reads my blob and supports me in all that I am trying to accomplish.

Finish open stitching projects so I can start on something new.

My Program:
For Eating I am tracking my food through Spark People. I use recipes from the "Eating For Life" Program (Body 4 Life)

I do not prefer the Body 4 Life workouts so Right now I am mixing it up with a little Slim in 6 (BeachBody) some P90X (BeachBody)

Other Information:
I love crafty activities - Scrapbooking, Crochet, Cross Stitching, Cooking etc.

Favorite Outdoor Activities include Photography, Swimming, and taking long drives around the state.
