Working a new program that is working for me. Making a new lifestyle of eating and exercise is not always convenient but not that hard. I have blown my good intentions away and need to regain them just like I did the weight. Great statement now comming true. My VICTORY must now be expressed as a NEW VISION. I need a new me. ACTIVE, VITAL, LIVELY!

Yes, I said it out loud for my friends to hear!. 2012 was good 2013 will be even better......To great progress! Smooches.

My Goals:
The key is to be aware of the good I need to do each day and do those things.
Water aerobics is 3 times a week. Zumba is available and looks like fun. The new vision victory is at 320 lbs.

Change is a constant process, not a far off goal. Life in transition. It truely IS all about ME. Keep it moving!


My Program:
Water myself every two hours. Walk, water aerobics, plain old sit ups, Zumba. Look for new challanges.

emoticon I see your FIFTH Sparkversary is coming 2/1 so emoticon as that is so emoticon Most people who join Sparks give up and quit and go back to eating junk food. I'm glad you have had the determination to work to get to your goals.

I've found reading Gary Taubes' "WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT" a great help, since he says Dr. Atkins was right and we get fat from INSULIN which is spiked from eating sugars/starches. Then the stomach pumps out GHERLIN "The Hunger Hormone" and we crave more sugars/starches. I have Metabolic Syndrome/Insulin Resistance so I have learned from his book.

Congratulations on your success using Weight Watchers online. That's terrific! I'm so happy for you and look forward to hearing about your journey and your water aerobics exercises. I've never tried them myself.
